Add site failed in CentOS 5.9

I have just installed a aegir on a Centos 5.9 VPS, And I have created a platform with drupal7.23, but I don't know why can't create a site correctly.

And I found some errors,such as "DRUPAL_INSTALL_FAILED", "Drush command terminated abnormally due to an unrecoverable error.", "Drush was not able to start (bootstrap) the Drupal database. Hint: This may... (Expand)" ...

memory issues? file permissions? process being killed because of cpu utilisation?

why 5.9? 5.10 is due out soon and 6.4 is actually out

The VPS only provide CentOS 5.9, no 6.0+ version, so maybe I need change another VPS.
